ProQuest Title Lists
ProQuest Title Lists let you view the publications available from ProQuest.
You can either access and download Title Lists from the ProQuest site, or
from
within
your Local Administrator account. In most cases, you will want to download
or create a Title List from within your Local Administrator
account. This
is because Title Lists created through your Local Administrator account have
several advantages:
- No Duplicate Titles. Some publication titles are included in multiple databases.
This means that when you create a Title List from the ProQuest site, you
may see the same publication more than once. When you create the Title List
through
your Local Administrator account, these duplicate references are removed
so each title appears only once.
- Links to Titles. When you create your Title
List through your Local Administrator
account using the html format, the titles contain links. When users click
on these links, they are taken to that publication, where they can view
the available
issues.
- Create A-Z Link. When you create your Title List through your Local
Administrator account, a URL is displayed. You can use this URL to create
a shortcut
for patrons, when they click on this link they will be able to view all
the titles
available to them.
Using Title Lists

- Finding specific titles for which we offer full image. (Sort by formats using
the Sort function to bring all image titles to the top of the list.)
